When it comes to Whitewater, Wisconsin’s student housing apartments, Element offers student living well beyond the basics. Built in 2012, students have the latest in modern off-campus, student apartments. Your apartment has everything you’d want in a home. Included are: in-unit washer/dryers, all major kitchen appliances, fully-furnished bedrooms and living-rooms, security systems, and central heat and A/C you control year round.

Located directly across the street from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater on North Prince, Element couldn’t be any closer to campus without being on it. You have the all the perks that being next to campus include: more study time, more sleep time after an all-night study session, and real dollar savings on home cooked meals and gas for your car. Inside, your apartment has been designed to fit the busy lifestyle you lead today. Every bedroom comes with a desk and chair, Ethernet ports and free Wi-Fi. If you want a change of scenery, drop down to Community Room and get a quiet study session accomplished.

Friendly and Responsive Management

One of the biggest complaints students have is about property management. Our management staff is here to make sure you get prompt service and enjoy your living experience. We pride ourselves in being accessible, communicating well and offering responsive solutions. Students will always have access to contact the property manager directly and each year we recruit a responsible student that helps with the day-to-day resident requests.

Smart Design with the student in mind

Your fully-furnished apartment was laid out intelligently to maximize privacy and comfort without sacrificing the fun of living with friends. All bedrooms come with a desk and chair to promote individual study. A group-study room was added off of the lobby to promote productive group study sessions. And lastly, the Element has a large community room that offers a more communal study environment that doubles as a great place to watch Badgers games or host a movie night.

Roll out of bed at 8:45 and still make your 9:00 AM class

Just for the record, we don’t actually advocate setting your alarm clock to go off 15 minutes before your first class. But…being able to is a pretty awesome perk of living here! Element is located right across the street from Laurentide Hall at the corner of Prince and Florence. You can’t be any closer to campus without being on it. But location is only one perk of living at the Element.
