Do you have to be a student to live at The Element?

Yes. All residents must be current students at the time of lease signing.

What are The Element's hours?

Our office hours are:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Is there an application fee, and how much is it?

Yes. The application fees are:

Student applicant: $25 (non-refundable)
Co-signer/guarantor: $15 (non-refundable)

Is parking available at The Element, and is it guaranteed?

Parking is available to residents only and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not available for rent to non-residents, and availability is not guaranteed for every resident.

Do you offer a roommate matching service?

Yes. We offer a complimentary roommate matching service for residents who are looking to join or complete an apartment group.

What types of apartments does The Element Student Housing offer?

The Element Student Housing primarily offers 3 and 4 bedroom student apartments designed for shared living. All apartments are fully furnished and include in-unit laundry and shared common spaces.

What are the income requirements, and when is a co-signer necessary?

To qualify without a co-signer, an applicant’s annual income must be at least three times the total annual rent. If this requirement is not met, a qualified guarantor (co-signer) will be required to sign the lease.

What fees are due upon application, lease signing, and move-in?

After lease signing: A $200 security deposit is required to secure the apartment.
Before move-in: The first month’s rent is due seven business days prior to the scheduled move-in date.

Each apartment at The Element Student Housing includes:

Do you offer 1 or 2 bedroom apartments?

The community primarily consists of 3 and 4 bedroom student apartments. There is one 1-bedroom unit and one 2-bedroom unit on-site; however, availability for these units is extremely limited and subject to change.

What is the standard lease term (start and end dates) at The Element Student Housing?

All leases follow an 11.5-month academic lease cycle, regardless of move-in date.

Lease start date: August 14
Lease end date: July 29

What security features does The Element offer?

The Element is committed to resident safety and provides several key security features, including:

On-Site Manager during business hours.
Security Cameras monitoring common areas.
Locked Entry on all exterior exit doors for controlled access.
A Full Video Intercom System in every unit, allowing residents to securely screen visitors.

Is The Element Student Housing pet friendly?
